General Manager

Jim Stecko the general manager of Lake Point Tower. Jim works to bring a distinct level of energy and dedication to the ownership and staff of the association. With over a decade of experience in accounting and property management with FirstService Residential, he helps navigate Boards on the nuances involved with governing a high-rise luxury condominium association. Jim specifically enjoys working with residents and Board of Directors to effectively address complex issues and help associations maintain fiscal responsibility. His key to success is to ensure exceptional service is provided in every encounter with ownership and residents. Jim received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Trinity Christian College and has earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
