Jim Stecko

General Manager – Finance / Operations

Jim Stecko is one of the General Managers of Lake Point Tower where he focuses on the Association’s finances and daily operations. Jim works to bring a distinct level of energy and dedication to the ownership and staff of the association. With over a decade of experience in accounting and property management with FirstService Residential, he helps navigate Boards on the nuances involved with governing a high-rise luxury condominium association. Jim specifically enjoys working with residents and Board of Directors to effectively address complex issues and help associations maintain fiscal responsibility. His key to success is to ensure exceptional service is provided in every encounter with ownership and residents. Jim received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Trinity Christian College and has earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).

Mitchell Rose

General Manager – Project Operations

Mitchell Rose is one of Lake Point Tower’s general managers, where he focuses primarily on capital project operations. He has helped manage a wide variety of capital projects from elevator replacements to exterior façade sealant replacement. Professionally, he prides himself on delivering a long-lasting repair solution on time and on budget. His energetic spirit is only exceeded by his drive to perform at the highest levels. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Mitchell owned a large contracting firm in Big Sky, Montana. His company built large upscale homes and condominium developments. Mitchell excels in project management and has vast construction knowledge. He uses those skills to help his Board of Directors navigate the complicated process of completing capital projects while minimizing the impact on the daily lives of ownership. With his outgoing personality, Mitchell enjoys counseling staff members and vendors to help spark ambition in those that he is in contact with. An avid outdoorsman, he has summitted several of the tallest mountains that the United States has to offer. Mitchell received a degree in finance from The University of Arizona and has earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
